Anton Affentranger represents the lead investor as Chairman of the Board. A Swiss national, born and raised in South America, Anton Affentranger studied Economics and Politics at Geneva University where he received his Masters Degree. In 1981, Anton Affentranger started his career at UBS where he successively occupied the positions of Head of Project Finance in New York and Branch Manager in Hong Kong and Geneva, before being appointed to the Executive Management Board of UBS in Zurich in 1996. From 1998 to 2000, he was Managing Partner and CEO of the private bank Lombard Odier & Cie in Geneva. He leaves Lombard Odier & Cie to join the pharmaceutical group Roche in Basel as CFO.

He is the founder of affentranger associates sa in Geneva, Chairman of Implenia AG , Dietlikon,
Chairman of Dartfish SA , Fribourg, forteq AG , Nidau and SIRS-Lab GmbH in Jena, Germany.

Patrick Kilchmann

Born 1958, Patrick F. Kilchmann studied Physics at ETH Zurich, followed by a second degree study in Economic Science at University of St. Gallen. (Dipl. phys. ETH, lic. oec HSG.)
