A new SELFRAG diamond laboratory at the University of Alberta

A new laboratory is opening at University of Alberta to Process Diamond Bearing Samples using the SELFRAG Lab.

Late February (date to be confirmed) will see the opening of a new facility to support the Diamond Exploration and Research Training School (DERTS) in the processing of diamondiferous kimberlites and xenoliths, and other samples.

The SELFRAG Lab System, donated by Isomass Calgary, will be open to demo and pilot projects from industry and academia. More details to follow. For additional information, please download the DERTS newsletter, or contact Graham Pearson (pictured) at  graham.pearson@ualberta.ca.
